Q: Would you recommend these for sore feet from standing all day for a 12 hour shift?

I wouldn’t personally. They are comfy shoes but I know I would want something a bit softer if I were on my feet that long.

Q: Are they good for CrossFit?

Don’t have CrossFit Experience but do use them for functional strength training workouts, cross training workouts that are similar. I use Inov8s for heavier strength training though as I find the ankle stability is better.
