Is this LED light dimmable?

According to the listing it is dimmable.

Do i need a dimmer switch to use this fixture? i'm looking to replace an older cfl fixture with this and the switch is a simple on/off.

Depends on where it is to be used. I installed a dimmer switch on mine for use in my kitchen, otherwise too bright. The regular switch will work however.
