I read the negative reviews and was leery especially given the cost. It worked for me but I suspected a simple irritation of sorts rather than an underlying fungal infection, or worse. Per a prior reviewer, it's not going to work if you suspect a fungal infection. The product's ingredients should confirm this for you. There are OTC solutions for fungal related irritations, which I used; however, I saw no relief after two weeks of use. This is not a miracle soap and cream, but it did reduce my symptoms by about 90%. I haven't figured out if it's the soap or the cream but I will certainly continue to use the soap. It's very mild and gentle and I noticed an immediate difference. Like other reviewers, the consistency of the cream left something to be desired. Initially, it emerged from the tube like petroleum jelly (another product which provided little to no relief despite internet recommendations). A simple solution is to simply place a finger under a hot trickle of water to create a paste. It cools almost instantly for application and won’t revert back to an unmanageable glob. As I use the tube, the consistency of the product becomes more manageable. The price and the consistency of the product is what made me deduct a star. It’s way overpriced for what it is, but I suppose it’s a niche market.

Este producto en realidad tiene componentes que dan resultados, hace un tiempo mi lavadora comenzó a lavar mal mi ropa, y la ropa interior no le hacía bien el sacado del jabón cambiado la lavadora y comprando una nueva, pude notar que era la lavadora solución resuelta, mi parte íntima comenzó a presentar mucha picazón y ardor, compré mucha cremas y nunca lo puede controlar, llevo una semana con este producto y hasta hoy e notado mucho el cambio gracias a Dios.

Compre terrasil , me metí a bañar y empecé a frotar mi área con balanitis y al momento de enjuagarme con la regadera me dolio mucho mi pene , después me seque y puse la crema , después de media hora me empezó a arder creí que era normal ,alas 2 horas veo mi pene cubierto en sangre la zona infectada se había desecho con todo y piel secar la sangre fue muy traumatice y doloroso
