Prevail Maximum Absorbency Incontinence Underwear for Women, Large, 18 Count

These are great. I have a straight figure. I'm 5'7" and weigh around 145 lbs. Waist is 33-34 inches and hips are around 40 inches and I wear a Medium in this brand. I have tried Always (hate the smell), Depend, Amazon, Tena, and a few non-big names. With my measurements, sizing is difficult as I fall on the top of the S/M sizing and the bottom of L sizing. Either too small or too big, but like Goldilocks, the Medium are just right. They are light lavender and soft, but durable. One of the big plusses is that they have a good amount of gathering around the legs and buttocks area for a snugger fit. Most of the other brands fit similar to a thong, with a higher cut leg and little gathering, which causes sagging between the legs and riding up. They fit like regular panties! Good coverage up the front and back for leaking, or an accident. They're thinner and less bulky than the others, so they aren't apparent under clothes. No "Bulky Butt". I have never tried the tear-off side feature, in fact, I don't see any detailed tear off area. That is well hidden. I mainly use them during the day, when I'm out and about, but I have also worn them at night with no leakage. This underwear (diaper) look and feel good while wearing, as they are slightly more fitting than the others. No smell and even leakage coverage area, so no sagging between the legs. Lightweight, so pretty much no-show under clothes. I'm very happy that I found these and I hope this detailed review will help you decide whether they're right for you too!

These pull ups work well. They are really good at protecting from leaks, the large size fits well and is easy to pull up. They seem as strong as any of the other pull ups, and I have had no problems with tearing. They are not bulky. I was using Tena sensitive in large, but the sizing kept getting smaller and the price kept going up, so I switched. These are comfortable and I like them just fine.

I decided to write a review today because I have been using them these for quite a while. I am not on a Medicaid program where I get free briefs. I have found these briefs just to be as good as any of the other more expensive ones and grocery stores or on other online venue. I normally use a large but I order a extra large for more coverage. I am 72 so it is not like I am trying to wear tight clothes and look like I did when I was younger. I just want to say I really recommend them and the price is so much better it is unbelievable how much I save by ordering these from Amazon. There are four packages in a box, and I would pay much more for the name brand per package. They are convenient to order and I usually get them in four or five days. So if you are looking for something that is economical this is your chance to save money. It doesn't cost much to try it and you will see like I did how much money I save.

Have been using Prevail for about half a year for my stroke victim wife and was very satisfied with quality. However, the latest shipment has gone down in quality. It's noticeably thinner.

I did not get one pack of 72 pull-ups, it was 4 packs of 18, which is the same amount. These adult pull ups are similar to the Amazon brand, which we love, but these worked out cheaper per pull-up at $0.54 per pull up. The Amazon Basics large size are sold as a 3 pack equaling 54 pull-ups at $0.61 per pull-up on subscribe and save. The Prevail brand is slightly more lavender in color, not that it matters. The waist band area appears more stretchy though it’s insignificant. They seem very absorbent and I did not notice any odor from my mother. She uses these for extra security but occasionally they get wet if she dozes off in her recliner or can’t get to the bathroom quickly. I am thrilled with the price and quantity received. My mom wears a large in the other brands and these fit almost identical if not just a hair higher and wider in the waist. I don’t find that they ripped easily when pulling up. You need to buy big enough so you do not rip them pulling them up. My mom is 4’10”, 150 lbs and wears a large. I highly recommend as these are expensive, so to get them $0.07 an item cheaper will add up over time! We have used the Prevail diapers and found the brand is very reliable and affordable.

This is a great product with superior absorbency and comfort. It has been a lifesaver for me in caring for my mom.

Purchased for elderly relative who likes the fit and there doesn’t appear to be a leakage issue, but they are not effective at controlling odors! The problem seems to have worsened in the last batch over previous purchases. The problem is bad enough to not trust the product when leaving home

I've had increasing fecal incontinence over the years, as I age. It's gotten worse and worse, and the prescription that used to control it is no longer available. A friend recommended these several years ago--I'm XL, and her husband is XXXXL--and they were working for him. I had tried every kind of incontinence brief on the market by that point--these are BY FAR the best--I'll never buy anything else. Those who suffer with this horrible problem will know that sometimes it comes in a flood. NOTHING contains that--but these, with a washable incontinence brief over top, does. All the things you never wanted to know---but I'm glad I found out from someone when I did, so maybe this will help others too.

I wanted to try these due to the description 'made for women'. I am really disappointed. They feel like paper & leak around the edges. I will not purchase again.
