Hello,our clear parfait cup is designed with a insert which you can put fruit, granola and other desserts in the insert, so please don't fill the cup too full, just about two-thirds full. Then you can get the lids to stay on both cups.

Can they go in the freezer?

I have not put mine in the freezer, but I have put them in the fridge several times.
