These racks are absolutely lovely! As soon as I removed the shrinkwrap, I could feel how sturdy there are. Excellent size. Fits perfectly in my pan. So easy to clean. Best value for my money. Helps to distribute the heat without burning. Will be using this rack frequently. I recommend everyone to use it for evenly roasting vegetables and meats. Roasting vegetables are so good this way. Yummy!
