It isn't straightforward to install as I found that even with the instruction manual the red sealing plugs on the outlets were difficult to remove. You need to push the retainer rings down first as instructed, but you'll get there eventually. I also removed all of the blue locking clips and the RO water system works fine without them even though the manual says to reclip after removing them to prevent leakage. The 1/4'' tubing you are supplied with is great, just cut it into three separate equally long tube segments and attach to each of the three outlets, they should insert with ease. One thing the instruction manual doesn't explain is how to detach the 1/4'' tubing connected to the Reverse Osmosis Membrane container. You need to detach it to insert the reverse osmosis membrane into the chamber. Again you need to push down on the retainer ring and then yank out the 1/4'' tubing, then you can unscrew the lid to insert the RO membrane. You need to flush the system for at least 30 minutes into the water inlet, you will get an initial reading on a TDS meter of 30ppm but this will gradually fall as the system flushes. After 2 hours mine dropped down to 15 ppm for the RO water compared to 300 ppm in the waste water. Therefore the product works. I gave it 5 stars despite the complexity of installation as I was able to do it without assistance fairly quickly, the product works as intended as I need RO water for my fish tank. I was able to attach the RO system to my shower head hose with an 1/4” to 1/2” Male/Female RO Water Filter Fitting Adaptor Quick Push Fit. There's no leakage and I currently fill about 10 litres of RO water every hour in my yellow bucket shown. I just put my setup in the bathtub lying down for ease of use although I know some people install this differently depending on the purpose. I can easily store the RO unit away when not using it as I only need to do a water change once a month for my fish. It's good value for money compared to other manufacturers. Works well with typical shower head pressure.

I have been using this for over a year now and its brilliant. Works very well, everytime i test the water its pure. Best thing if you don't have access to RO water from a aquarium shop. Does take some time. With good pressure, it takes me about 6-8 hours to fill 25L can. Only issue is it can be difficult to attach it if you want to use it indoors but easy enough to buy addapters to fit taps.

This is a good RO water filter, setting it up was reasonably straight forward, but a little fiddly. The filtered water was good but took over 2 hours to make 10 litres of filtered water and the waste in that time was about 3 times that same amount. Would of loved this to be a bit more efficient, as the water for my aquarium. But can't justify the wastage as that would really run up my water costs, as i do frequent water changes. Going for a bigger output would been a little better, but still didn't want the excessive wastage it would of produced. Obviously for the price I should not expect miracles. So price per output is a fair representation of it's value in my opinion. Shall wait till I can afford a better system or maybe they will drop in price (One can only hope).

Terrible product does not function as it should and only gets tap water down to 100ppm so not good at all, no way to get money back either

Excellent performance for the price and easy to set up. Make sure you flush it before and after use otherwise impurities can remain in the filter media and slowly pass through between uses. Since adequate flushing takes a bit of time, I'd recommend also getting a large reservoir for purified water so you don't have to use it too frequently.

Works well easy connection does what it’s supposed to do

You should know you need a tank (or bladder) it will just drip out more so on low pressure should advise this so when you get it you’ll struggle however it works fine clean water lesss on plastic and bottles of water

Je n’ai pas d’expérience sur l’osmose heures, mais j’ai été contrainte de l’acheter car l’eau du robinet chez moi pour mon aquarium et certes douce mais contient beaucoup de nitrate donc les changements. Aucun effet. J’ai donc régler le problème des nitrates, Carlos Mozer et facile d’utilisation s’adapte bien au robinet et finalement produit pour un petit aquarium de l’autre et rapidement. Je vérifie l’analyse de l’osmose avant utilisation et la membrane pareil fonctionnait très correctement.. Il me faut par contre ajouter des minéraux avant de l’introduire en plus grande quantité dans mon aquarium. Je répète que je suis novice et me sers beaucoup de des analyses de l’eau pour essayer de faire des changements d’eau Optimaux. Je qualifierais pour ma part, ce produit :excellent. Good product and it works. Had to buy an adapter to fit into my faucet though.

Jag beställde detta filter för att använda det för saltvattensakvarier. Riktigt bra produkt som ger bättre resultat än förväntat. Det enda problemet är att slangen som den kommer med är otroligt styv. Det spelar ingen roll med anslutningar mellan filterdelar, men insug och utlopp är för stela. Jag kommer att byta dem, eftersom de också är för korta för min användning. Men detta påverkar inte prestandan eller resultaten jag får. För det priset kan jag verkligen rekommendera det. Du måste spendera betydligt mer för att få lite bättre resultat. Som en bonus kommer den med alla verktyg du behöver, inklusive fästen och skruvar för väggen, och kökskranadaptern. Högt rekommenderad.
