I recently learned how to make cheese, so I purchased this item to make ricotta cheese. It worked perfectly. And the cheese worked great for my lasagana. I'm definitely going to be using this item alot in the future.

I thought these were bigger but they work for what I need. I made oat milk and it works way better than regular cheese cloth. The ones I ordered are intended for cold brew or single cups of nut milk. However with a little patience and a couple minutes, I made a whole quart. Love em.

I tried out making kefir cheese. It was not for me. Supposedly milk kefir and cheese is better for people who have lactose intolerance but nope. Milk kefir makes me sick to my stomach. The bag however did work for me to strain the kefir into cheese. It was a bit big for that application but I plan on using these bags to make oat milk or coconut milk in the future. It’s not the bags fault I can’t have dairy

I bought this to make kefir cheese and kefir yogurt. I was getting tired of using coffee filters. It was longer than I needed so I added a ribbon to the bottom so I could make it shorter.Update: I decided to cut off the end and sew it up so it will fit better in the my glass container.

This bag is way too small for any significant amount of nut milk. I tried to make almond milk and I used all four for one liter of milk. Also if you squeeze hard, the seam opens up along the side and the pulp comes out. Spend your money on something larger and that you can twist and squeeze without a seam. Might work well for cold brew or some other less demanding use than nutmilk.
