Looking at the product, I see that this includes four of the more commonly stripped electrolytes with any activity. As I am getting back on the horn to lose some weight, I am worried about this especially with the initial Mass dehydration that can start rapidly when one has not been exercising. There are no items contained in these packets that I cannot pronounce. Zero calorie, as it should be. The flavor is something that I have struggled with in these types of packets. I started with the one that is hardest for me to like, watermelon. I know that I will like all of the others if I like the watermelon. This dissolved very well into 16 oz of water. Prefill 8 oz, pour the packet, another 8 oz of water, shake shake shake. Easy. Watermelon taste just like watermelon. I love watermelon, but not the artificial watermelon found in most of these drinks. This one was delicious. And is priced correctly for what this item is... Energy packets should not be as expensive as the pre-made, 16 oz ready to drink drinks!

I discovered these were MUCH healthier than LiquidIV so figured I’d give them a shot. I generally don’t drink these types of things, but I’m a camel, meaning I am severely dehydrated as I can go all day without drinking anything (and I do). I LOVED itI also love that they use organic fruit, Himalayan salt, its NON-GMO, made in the US, sugar free, and vegan. It also has no calories, but I didn’t care if it did.If you’re like me and never drink fluids, or you’re a liquid IV (or other brand user), I 100% recommend trying this. It’s the same cost as all the others and it BETTER for you!!
