This product is a complete scan. Waste of 2k bucks. Neither does it have any inbuilt memory, it comes with no instructions manual, has the worst sound quality, and battery life is just ridiculous. Spare yourself this burden and look at other options...! -sad victim of this scam.Really disappointed in Amazon n this useless make of dictaphones.
