I was looking for a stainless steel funnel that would fit perfectly to a 1 pint regular mouth Ball canning jar. This fits like a glove, no wobble space, it’s not too big or too small like many other stainless steel funnels for canning, this one fits exactly perfect and it’s not flimsy either, very sturdy and well made. This is the perfect canning funnel to replace your plastic one if you were looking. The extra wide rim is nice for catching those few extra drips that happen. I love this design.The only negative is getting one shipped that’s not damaged. I had a similar experience as another reviewer were they had to get the item sent multiple times to get a non used or damaged one. But it’s very much worth it if you find yourself in that predicament to get the replacement, this is the best metal funnel out there.

Been canning for years & have always liked the idea of stainless steel for food safety & it's inability to pick up smells, e.g pressure canning chicken stock, then canning blueberry jam. One piece item, it's not spot-welded which means the handle will never break off & the thumb rest on handle is perfect. I would not call the edges sharp but some may wish they were smoother. I also prefer this over plastic for pouring flour into jars (for vacuum packing) as it is non static compare to plastic.

Stainless version of the plastic one for canning. Great quality. Sits decent on jar lips. For regular and large mouth canning jars. Would recommend to other canners.
