Good supplements would recommend
I have been taking those pills for 1 month and so far, haven't been sick. I was and still am quite concerned with covid and did not want to take any chance, so supplemented myself with plenty of immune system enhancers such as this one. So far, I have been satisfied with the results as I did not catch any disease or flu. Those supplements also happen to be ph7, therefore they don't upset my stomach compared to other vitamin C pills. Couldn't ask for more really.

Need a bit longer to test them….
I use this brand for magnesium and hair/skin vitamins and they are amazing. These vit c/zinc ones have made me sick both times I’ve taken them on an empty stomach though. Whilst it does say you should take them on an empty stomach, I think I’ll have to try again with food after reading the comments and seeing this can happen. Great potency and good brand. Just be mindful with sensitive stomachs :-)

Never had any issue and I take them all the time. Its my go to vitamin C and I feel energetic and healthy.

Gives me and my child terrible gas :(
Am sure it’s doing us great as at least it’s not acidic vitamin C along with copper etc. but it does give me and my child gas! It does seem to upset my child’s stomach a little too. Not sure if it’s the copper or other elements doing this.
