This is my first time using protein powder, so I decided to go with Optimum Nutrition (ON) because it's the most trusted brand. My friend had used it in the past, which influenced my choice. The first thing I noticed was the absence of a scoop in the package. However, after digging deeper into the box, I found the scoop buried within the whey protein.The second thing I noticed was the taste. Since this was my first experience, I thought it might taste like a milkshake, but it was different. Initially, I found the taste odd, but I got used to it. It's not overly sweet, but you can distinctly taste the chocolate. The sweetness level is similar to that found in raw khawa (mawa).One day, I decided to mix it with milk and half a spoon of sugar, and it tasted delicious! It was better than any chocolate shake I've ever had. However, that was the only time I mixed it with milk since I was trying to lose weight.Thirdly, I've been feeling more energetic and don't tire as easily. I can lift more during workouts. I'm not sure if it's the whey protein or something else, but I definitely feel more energetic during exercise.Overall, it's a good protein for beginners. I also don't feel bloated, and importantly, I have fewer sugar cravings since I started using the whey protein, which is a plus if you're trying to lose weight

Received fake product, I am long time user of ON protein and I can tell that the protein does not mix at all and it tastes super weird. At first I thought there is some issue with the milk that i am using but after trying few times I can confirm it to be not genuine product. I used to love the taste but this time it almost felt like i am drinking breadcrumbs.

I have used this before. This used to be a little different formula earlier. Now it has changed but I could be wrong. This is my 2nd box and I May never order again.Isopure is better but for some reason it makes me very aggressive and angry so I dont recommend that.

Its a good whey concentrate, which surprising tastes better than the chalky gold standard whey. I dont use this as post workout drink, but as a morning drink on the go . For post workout Combat or Nitro tech are the best...but this one serves the purpose of on-the-go decently priced protein

Well ON has started locally manufacturing some of its products and this is the reason for this item being cheaper than others. The quality remains the same, however, keep in mind this has a higher level of protein concentrates, so if you have lactose intolerance, please moderate your doses or stay away from this.I have been using this for the past two months and find the taste to be okayish. The mixability is okay and the product does what it is intended to do (Help with muscle recovery and building) with the assurance that it is being made by a reputable brand.However, I definitely would have liked more flavors. The product is genuine and you can verify that via ON's own authenticator website.
