**Q: Does the scent last long**
A: I️ do not suggest this item. Only 2 erasers had a scent and it wasn’t good.

**Q: Why is this so expensive?**
A: A business model - selling an item on Amazon, has to take many factors into the customer price.  What did the item cost a seller, then there are the many fees that Amazon charges when an item sells, not to mention the monthly fee it takes to become a seller on Amazon.  Then you might have employees packing an item, overhead in a building such as lights and heat, then you have the cost of packaging.  These costs factor in to the customer price, and different costs to different business models suggest a wide range of prices for the same item.  Hope this helps.

Got these at a dollar store in Houston a fewyears ago. Wanted to get more and couldn’t find it here in Hawaii. Searched on Amazon and found it and ordered it right away.

Title says it all.  They're erasers.  They smell like fake plastic-y fruit.  They do a good job erasing all the silly things she writes and then wants to write over again.  She thinks they're fantastic and the coolest erasers ever.  Doesn't get much better than that for smelly erasers, right?

I love that that the smell is lasting, but it is too wobbly to use as an eraser. Eraser quality is what made it 4 out 5, because it does erase well but again, it was too soft to actually do the erasing without using 2-3 fingers in holding the eraser down.
