Great customer service, our bottle was a gift for Christmas. Unfortunately it had a leak. We contacted Customer service, they responded immediately, they were understanding, prompt and provided excellent service. Waiting on our replacement but I expect no further problems.

Great travel bottle
Looks exactly as pictured. I double checked the measurement markings on the bottle and they are perfect. I wish it came with a straw but I will be modifying one to fit.
