I love my machine. I use it once a week. It really does help to keep my skin clear from all these blackheads. I’ve had it for over a year and barely now, it’s starting to die faster with each charge. I’m surprised it’s lasted this long.

item arrived. i have charged it for hours and by the time i wanted to try it, it "worked" for 5-6 minutes and turned itself off, needed to be charged again. as for the performance of it - FAIL to remove even one black head, the suction is very weak.. tried all the accessories - nothing worked. very dissapointing, wast of money. I want my money back.

This device is nothing like I have ever tried before. I was always scared of trying a face tool because I believed they either didn't work or they would mess up your face. I always thought these devices were definitely not worth trying but I was too intrigued and just had to try this one out. I got a kick out of using it and was seriously amazed when this would lightly pull on my skin. I thought it would hurt and truthfully it doesn't even feel like a pinch it's more like a suction cup to areas on your face. After washing my face with a cleanser and warm water I started moving the device on areas of my face in vertical motion. After, I looked at the tip and saw what was taken out. I could clearly see that many impurities and blackheads were extracted. Then out of curiousity I decided to look in a mirror and caught site of my face being a bit red but nothing alarming. I then touched my face and felt how smooth it felt and my pores have never felt cleaner. I went in a second time with another tip called the extracting suction tip and got the same results. Lastly I used the very narrowed suction oval size tip to work on my t zone and really get in the creases around my nose. Those areas are more sensitive but I didn't have a hard time and got some hard to reach black heads. Overall, I think this device did wonders to my face and I will be using it once a week.

Battery does NOT last more than minute! I charged it for almost an hour and it just work for less than 5 minutes.

This item is everything they say it is! Update: I'm so disappointed. I love this product but the charging issue is real. I don't understand why the replacement worked once but will not turn on again! It has a full charge, green light, but nothing happens when I push the power button. I really wanted this to be a regular part of my routine since I can tell how beneficial it is for my skin. The power issues are a deal breaker. I'm returning it (again) and will look for a similar product. Before: So far I've only used the lowest power with the diamond head and extractor head, but the results are obvious. My trouble spots are the sides of my nostrils and my chin from lower lip corners to jawline having large pores, whiteheads and orange peel skin. I've had facials of different sorts so I know what to expect from exfoliation and extraction. This item delivers. I used it in front of a high magnification mirror and was able to see the whiteheads being pulled out. I'm going slow with the power so as not to irritate my skin until I'm used to it, but I can't wait to see how I look over time. I'm really happy with this item. I did one thing wrong, I failed to read the instructions before using. I should have charged it for 24 hours before using but didn't which led me to think it was defective and I asked for a replacement. My bad, sorry. With the replacement I read the instructions and could not be happier with this product! It's easy to use, has great power, lightweight and easy to hold. I'm hoping my 5 star review makes up for the trouble of returning the original, that was totally my fault. I highly recommend this item!
