So I have taken these before and grew my hair pretty fast, of course I had been taken biotin prior but theses made my hair thicker. This photo was when I use to take them and the other is my hair now. It fell out due to me putting color in it so I got these to help me grow it back. Of course this isn’t the only thing I do though. I also always deep condition my hair every other week and once a month I put a protein treatment in my hair that I make from scratch with Avacado and different oils. I will do an update after two months to show you my progress.

Haven’t quite gotten through the first bottle, so I can’t speak to actual hair growth, but my eyelashes are longer and fuller than they have ever been.No side effects, some people say they broke out, that has not been an issue for me.

I want to love these vitamins however after using them consistently Ive noticed I break out into really bad acne. I wanted to keepTaking them as I sawResults in my nails. But had to stop repurchasing then

I love it. I had purchased a more expensive one and the results was very slow. I see more results in the 2 months I have been using this compare to the more expensive one I was using for 6 months. I have recommended it to family members and coworkers.

I don’t really leave reviews but I’m happy to write this one! YES this product works. Well for me it worked :-). My hairstylist has told me that I had thinning hair on top of my head. I wasn’t sure if it was from stress or the medication that I’m on but I was trying a few things to help me get my lovely locks back but nothing really worked. I found out about this amazing product from my mom and she told me it has helped her out so I decided sure, why the not and frankly......best.decision.ever. My sister told me that my hair was looking fuller in the back and my hairstylist told me my hair was coming back in! I didn’t have any issues with packaging when I got the pills which was good especially after reading a few reviews where they said some of the capsules had spilt out. I am one VERY happy person. :-)

Ok...so I’ve ordered these pills before and went on ahead and ordered some more...because they said that you should take them 3 months consistently to see results...I’m currently taking the pill and using the manetabolism growth oil...and when I tell you that I see a huge difference in almost 3 weeks!!! I have semi freeformed locs and I can see a difference in my edges as well as my new growth...my hair is fuller and I even have some new hairs through and through...because there is so much biotin...I would urge you to take a zinc supplement for breakouts...I personally have not had any...but I also take a ton load of other supplements and drink plenty of water...I would recommend that you take 2 pills at night...maybe a hour or 2 before bed...or one in the am and the other at night...I also would recommend that you probably don’t take them longer then 9 months to a year...without a break...to much of anything...is not always good

Hey yall cut my hair after years of relaxing abuse wanted to start over not to mention I am a mature lady as my kids tell me but something is seriously happening and I like it. I'm not trying to go so much long but I'll like to be full headed so far so good

The capsules are hard to swallow. I have to let the shell of the capsule melt in my mouth, & drink a lot of water to dissolve the contents. Not a good taste.. BUT....they DO WORK! I took my first bottle over a month ago and my hair grew about 3/4 of an inch, and it became fuller! My. Edges are beginning to come back so quick, that I may need to color them real soon to cover the gray! I will continue to buy them.... They do work.
