Our PopGrip compatible with MagSafe is a wireless charging compatible phone grip. **Q: Does the popsocket collapse when you try to use it as a stand?**
A: It seems to work ok when standing sideways, but NOT when vertical.

**Q: Do you have to have magsafe case to use this on promax 13 ?**
A: Yes, in order to use our MagSafe PopGrip, you need to use a MagSafe-compatible case.

**Q: Broke 3 months into use.  you have to take it off to mag charge.  is there one that can stay on the phone for charging?**
A: I don’t think it would be possible to charge it on a mag while also having a mag pop socket on it. The pop socket uses the MagSafe feature to attach itself to your phone so there wouldn’t be room to also have a charger. I just use the traditional cord to charge my phone.

**Q: Does the popup colapse instead of removing it to put in you pocket**
A: Yes.
