The scooter does not fold-- however, you can easily pop-out the handle anytime you need to store/transport the scooter itself. Cheers!

Can you collapse the handlebars so it is easier for storage?

You can detach the (removable) handlebar anytime you wish to store/transport the scooter itself. Many of our customers living in dense urban areas (such as NYC) detach the handlebar on a daily basis to save on space.
