This the 2nd book I brought concerning trust and it was better than the first still learning but so good this far

I purchased this Kindle book to learn more about Revocable Trusts before going further with the process. This purpose was fulfilled with a minimum of effort. Having the forms at the end is also helpful even if one is going to use an attorney or other financial agent.

Very good information

I liked the fact that it was written in plain and simple laymen terms. Easy to understand. The ability to save and download the forms is a bonus. One could take care of their own trust so long as it's not too complex using the booklet and forms.

Easy to read and follow directions

It advises consulting overpriced attorneys for easy DIY filings . Lots of blank general forms , Confused , vague , fluff.

I was hoping to get enough information to be able to create my own trust. This book is more like an advertisement for the legal profession. Pretty much every topic was, "we recommend you hire a professional." I've purchased other books that were much more layman friendly and encouraging about creating a trust.
