Q: How wide is this collar?

Don't have a tape measure with me, but it's between 1 1/4 and 1 1/2. Closer to 1 1/2. Good size and thickness for larger dog. I have a 125 lb Growing Newfie and close fits now with still another 7 inches or so for more length. Size all round good for 160 lb dog anyway.

Probably a medium or large. They run big in my opinion. We have XS and using the smallest hole for our 2 Jack Russel Terriers. I would have thought a XS would be like a chihuahua.
