I have bought every comb and brush for my gsd and nothing has worked. He has a very heavy Mane and skirt and nothing has been able to penetrate it til now. This Qpets comb has finally released my dog from all the matts accumulated over the years that could never be penatrated before. I wish I'd found this brush/comb years earlier. I'd say that anyone who owns a thick coated dog needs to buy this comb. It's an absolute joy to work with and the results are beneficial to both u and ur dog as it's so easy to use and see immediate results. I'm not sure yet how the small toothed part works tho. I found that using a slicker brush afterwards was more effective for my gsd so I used the small toothed bit on my short haired Desi puppy and it worked on her very well. I can absolutely say that I will be looking forward to combing my gsd every single day from now on. His coat is already looking healthier and shinier on day one.
