I'm waiting for the product it's supposed to be here today 7/4/24 I used to work for carrier Air conditioner company and used a a comb to straighten the bent coil fins ,so I got this order right

Does an okay job separating fins that are lightly folded-over, but it's not a magical straightener. I'd say this is effective at making fins usable, but not necessarily pretty, at least on the aluminum fins I tried to straighten. This might work better on something stiffer (copper / steel), but overall I was able to straighten aluminum fins about 20X-faster than using a pick. It actually did a fairly decent job as a comb on fins that were only lightly-bent.

These seem to be made well, but out of all of the options none fit my AC unit.

Regrettably, my experience with the AMI PARTS FCR6 Fin Comb Set for Air Conditioner was far from satisfactory. In fact, it exacerbated the very issue it purported to address. With hopes of straightening the fins of my outdoor unit, I invested in this product, only to find that it made matters worse.Instead of achieving the desired outcome of improving the condition of the fins, I found that the comb set actually worsened their state. The fin comb ring failed to straighten the evaporator and condenser fins as promised, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the product's performance.Consequently, I can only give this product a single star rating, reflecting my disappointment and the lack of effectiveness in addressing the intended purpose. It's regrettable that a product marketed for such a specific task failed to deliver the desired results.
