Good size for 70kg swimmers
I bought it for my 8 year old daughter, this kickboard works well for her and improved her legwork. I also used it and it could support adult weight very well too.

This is brilliant! I am 5 foot 9 woman...11 stone. The hand holes make it super easy to hold and control in the water. I have even used it as a buoyancy aid when doing jogging in today deep end of pool by holding in down in the water by holding through the holes so no chance of it slipping and popping to the surface to bash you in the chin! Also tried laying on my back in pool and hugging it to chest and it's easy to get more legwork done like that. I am surprised how slow o kove in the water either this though, but feel like I have had a great leg workout afterwards so will eventually build up more strength. Love it!
