My only real complaint is that unless you have the screwdriver needed to loosen these up, youre gonna have to wait a bit for the screws to loosen to do any real practice, but once its there it feels smooth and pretty good for its value. Combwise its alright, not the most pleasant to use but it works (with fairly fine hair)

For what it is, it's a nice little comb and balisong trainer tool. Wide gaps in the comb with some sharper edges, its a simple comb but can irritate the scalp. However, it is what you pay for. The hinge did not want to freely rotate even after some use, had to resort to oil the hinge. A major flaw is that the screws are not standard, as they are star heads, and quickly after some use one of the screws on the end came out and fell. It is ok for what you pay, but if you expect quality at $8 you're not really gonna find it.

It would be a great trainer if there wasn’t an annoying safety mechanism. I’m all for safety, but this trainers mechanism is a small strip of metal that can connect the two handles and prevent the blade from coming out accidentally. Problem is, it’s loud/sqeaky and will get in the way of your tricks. Since it is just swinging there freely, while the blade is in motion it will sometimes swing back and get in the way of the handles closing as shown in the second picture. There also doesn’t seem to be an easy way to get it off.

This trainer is actually really good it surprised me but I do want to warn you the screws do become loose after while there’s one side with star keys and the other side is Alan. It’s very durable I have dropped it on the concrete many times, Week two now and it has held up. I also like how they printed a fake BenchMade Mark on it lol, overall very good for price.

When I got it one of the arms was too tight so I tried to loosen it with a start it (the correct piece), but I literally just scraped off the shape of the screw. Like you know how the shape of a screw dictates what aceewbit to use for it? When I rotated the bit, the shape literally scratched off, leaving the screw just a metal bolt with a hole in it and no way to loosen or tighten it. Also doesn't work as a comb very well.

Very well-made. It might be cheap in price, but it feels and weighs like a real butterfly knife that I remember from back in the 80s when I was a teenager playing around with them. My 11-year-old made one the other day out of Legos and he was flipping it around, trying to look cool. I felt bad for him because it obviously wasn’t as functional so I found this product and ordered it for him to play with. I don’t let him take it to school, but even if he did, I don’t think you get in trouble… Hopefully.
