NARS/Duo Powder Eyeshadow THESSALONIQUE 0.14 OZ (4 ML)

The color you receive does not look identical to the purply-brown pictured. This is a second purchase of this product for me so i was already aware of the true color of Thessalonique. Having originally purchased to replace a beloved discontinued eyeshadow (Clinique rock violet), i had been slightly disappointed on first purchase. However after using it, it's extremely flattering, wears well and applies beautifully. Needless to say i had to restock.I have light-medium neutral olive skin, very dark hair (with highlights) and very dark eyes. This color is almost ideal for my coloring and can be blended to wear as a natural look or made more dramatic and smoky. Today i am wearing it very softly, and used the same color with a wet liner brush as my eyeliner. It is fun and versatile, can be worn dry or with a wet brush, and easy to blend (or correct mistakes).I am also over 50 and it doesn't look bad on aging skin (some shimmery eyeshadows look too glittery-cakey for older skin).Nars overall is a nice but pricey brand and the discounted price i got on Amazon made it the best of both worlds.

I wanted a flat pale pink. This is a BRIGHT sparkly pink.

It's pretty. I expected a more purple color; instead it's a brownish-purple neutral that makes blue eyes pop. Not what I was expecting, but like it very much.

I love this shade. I use it every day as a highlighter! I'm am so pleased that Amazon carries it!

I like Bars shadow Never mistaken in choice

I ordered the beautiful light pink and the beautiful purple shade.However I received a pack that said that on the back BUT... it looks old the light pink shade is a beige color and the " " purple shade is brown-ish. Just gross!

Received partially used eyeshadows in wrong color which were resealed in box.

Nars has discontinued selling this product online a while ago, so I was looking for it everywhere. Due to the 1 bad review here, I was worried that if I order, it will not arrive. However, I decided to order it anyway as I love it so much and I have received it today. I am very happy with it! Thank you!
