I purchased the TRNSFRM Pulley System Gym to use in my home gym and so far there hasn’t been a workout i have done that I haven’t used the set, it has certainly been transformational for my home gym!Before purchasing the pulley system gym I had no where to hang the set from so I made sure that it came with a mechanism to hang the hanging strap from, fortunately the TRNSFRM set comes with a pull up bar, which is perfect for hanging the set from and also allows me to do various different exercises from the bar.From what I could see this is the only pulley system gym on amazon that includes a pull up bar.It takes less than a minute to set up and means I can now do all my usual cable exercises that I would normally do at the gym. It’s great that it comes with a Lat pull down bar as I was only able to do lat pulldowns at the gym but now I can do them from the comfort of my own home.Make sure that already own weigh plates as you need them to put on the loading pin, I use 1-inch weight plates, but 2-inch Olympic weight plates work as well.

This set has been brilliant and has allowed me to do so many different exercises from home. I can now do Lat pulldowns, face pulls, a lot of tricep push down variations, pullovers, bicep cable curls as well as pull ups using the doorway pull up bar. I now feel that I finally have the right piece of equipment to get a sufficient workout at home. The set is very high quality, and the loading pin has padding on the bottom which is great as I use mine on a hard floor so it stops the floor from becoming damaged.

Title- Easy to use and can hold a lot of weight I have been using the pulley system for a lot of back movements and so far, it’s been just as good as working out at the gym. I have currently used 65kg in weight for lat pulldowns and have been very impressed with how sturdy it is with heavy weight load. I would definitely recommend this set!

I have been after a home cable machine for a while, but this is the only one I could find with a pull up bar to attach the set from and that has a lat pulldown bar! Having both in one set was just what I was looking for as I didn’t want to spend extra money to buy them both separately.If you’re looking for a pulley system gym then I cannot recommend this one enough, its great quality and has exactly what you need for a great cable workout

Exactly what I was looking for. Very easy to setup. No need to put screws as I dont go too heavy with weights. Left gym finally as I have everything in a small bag now. Few elastic bands, one foldable bench with adjustable dumbells. And this pulley. This is all I need.

This was just what I was missing for my home gym, it is quality peice of kit for sure!. The only thing I want to say is the bar to put in a doorway never got used instead u keep it hanging on something in the garage 24/7 as it was not practical to use in the house.

Great pulley system, I own both Olympic and standard plates and the loading pin fits both at the same time which means I can load up to my normal weight that I would use in the gym.The loading pin is big enough to hold extra weight so I can easily put on extra plates as and when I need to.

The TRNSFRM pulley system was super easy to set up it took me less than a minute to put together as it comes with a 7-step picture instruction insert, which is very easy to follow.I ordered the set to improve my home workouts and since ordering I have been able to do at least 30 more exercises which is just what I wanted from this set.
