Defective device
I actually own the previous model and have had it for 7 years. Since I got good service from the original unit I decided to purchase another one to replace my old one that was starting to have sync problems. The new one had a problem with line 1 out where the HDMI connection was loose and wobbly. Tried using a locking HDMI cable and that didn’t help.
