Made cornbread to go with chilly
While on holiday cornbread was offered with chilli con carbs (sorry about spelling) loved it so decided to give it a go instead of rice good product easy to use

I can't believe the difference from usual cornflour which is bright white this is yellow so much nicer to use.

A coarser grind than other corn flours that I've used
Bought this as my local supermarket didn't have corn flour available. The first impressions of the flour in the bag was that its grind was a coarser grade than my usual corn flour.Having used it in several dishes I'm disappointed with the results.As a thickening flour in sauces it leaves a slightly grainy texture even after prolonged cooking. When used as a surface flour for frying chicken, it fails to give the crispy surface I'm looking for from a corn flour.I for one won't be buying this one again.

Its NOT Gluten free.
Its not Gluten free as stated on Amazon. I now have a kilo of flour I can't use as have Coeliac.
