Q: This projector built-in battery and does it work powerpoint and word ?and how may ansi??

It has a built-in battery, but in my experience you get maybe an hour out of it but you can easily hook it up to a external battery pack. The same type that you charge your cell phone with fortunately. Also the lumens are about 300 but you need almost a fully darkened room and anything passed about 60 in then it just fades out to be too hard to see. We got this to take camping and backpacking so it works perfectly for us. but I don't know about a presentation? I don't think it would be bright enough. the big plus of this unit is the size, it is very pocketable at about 6 and 1/2 oz.

Q: How small of an image can you get with this and still be in sharp focus?

The minimum image size you can achieve is a 16inch diagonal.
