Consistent results every time, does what it’s supposed to (eg raises the OG slightly) and imparts a very subtle flavor that sets our beer apart from the rest. Pricing on the 5 gallon jug does seem to fluctuate between 120-300$ And used to take up to 2 weeks to ship.
