Q: Is it machine washable?

It's Hand or machine washable, durable and colorfast. Wash in cold water. Don't wash it with towels or other items that create lint.

Q: Does this cover fit a 7 ft. grand ?

Most likely you would need the large - but the one I purchased for my model M - 5'7" has some room to adjust it - so you could try the medium and if not enough slack to adjust - then the large (which fits up to the 9' would be the best. Even when they hang - the entire cover is beautiful!!!!

Q: Is this a fitted cover or seamless, like a drapery fit?

These are fitted to both the width (which is the same on all pianos) and to the length. That's why you would need to measure the length of the piano and then convert from CM to inches. Works well.
