2nd Purchase Update: Great Vanity for a smaller bathroom
This is the second time I have purchased the modway vanity. The first time was great with my original review below.Sadly: The second one I purchased arrived damaged and also was USED even though I bought and paid for a new one. I knew it was used when I saw the tape over other opened tape on the boxes. Same with the inside: Tape over broken tape. To make it worse: They didn’t even bother to remove the previous purchasers RMA return paperwork! This is beyond “not OK”. I should have at least been given a used item discount. The unit is scratched and one of the pieces for the top was broken. Clearly this was returned because it was broke. Somehow it made its way back to me at full price.I am very disappointed in Modway. It was their tape that was over the broken original tape, too! So I know they got it back, packaged it again and sold it as new. NOT OK!This product came packaged very well and was VERY heavy. The top came in a different package and was also heavy. That’s a good signI assembled the cabinet in about 2 hours and noted how sturdy it was. It’s a beast! The hardware is good quality with nice hinges that close softly. The look is incredible. Know that this cabinet is pressboard with a thin veneer. It dents easily and can also scratch easily. I worry that when it gets wet, it will warp easily as well. Keep it dry!The doors open and inside is a nice space for your things. I was able to avoid cutting the middle shelf by setting it on its 2nd to lowest peg setting. It’s fine and will hold lots of things. The top is well made and fits the bottom as expected. There is no overlap so be sure you square it to the wall and cabinet. My one complaint is that the feet at the rear are too close to the back which will make it difficult to get baseboard behind it and have a clean flush look to the wall. I’m thinking about removing them and using screws into studs to hold the cabinet to the wall.Overall this is a nice vanity for the price. Just know that it’s small, can’t get wet and the rear legs are too close to the wall. Otherwise it’s really incredible!

pretty good
Beautiful vanity, easy to build, however there are some flaws in the build. The first proboally being an old house thing. The pluming in my bathroom is quite low to the floor, and the suport peice in the back was too tall. I took out the suport and its sturdy enough to be without but just something to be aware of. The other thing is that the holes for the shelf brackets were too small so i wasnt able to put those pieces in. Not that i could have put the shelf in anyway because there wouldnt be room for the drain. I ended up just putting organizers. Still solid peice decent amount of room

Good, but Could Have Been Great
The Modway vanity (in walnut) and sink are good but could have been great. They arrive well-packed in two separate boxes. I love the sloped ends of the sink, and the finish is well done. The sink is heavier than I expected, with no apparent manufacturing defects in the ceramic. The vanity is well-made overall. I like the walnut finish and the sturdiness of the finished piece. Two of my frustrations and disappointments are that the shelf inside is completely unusable based on the alignment of the sink hole and plumbing and that the holes you screw the shelf brackets into are slightly too small: the result is the walnut finish buckles and peels away/flairs up, and the particle board turns to sawdust.Overall, I like the design, and for the price, this is a good deal for a new vanity and sink.

High design for a low price
Modern, Contemporary, Eclectic, Transitional, whatever your aesthetic, this vanity plays well with many styles. The walnut laminate is very convincing of natural wood and adds a much sought after warmth at a fraction of the price. The size is perfect for smaller spaces with a decent amount of storage. Overall, the product takes about an hour to assemble and install, perfect for a weekend job.
