Great product for sealing grout with a uniform color. I have finished 2 rooms and one more to go. Make sure to clean grout prior to sealing. I used vinegar, rinsed thoroughly, then sealed. It so fr has been great!

Worst money I've ever spent. One bottle came completely solid. It's messy and is difficult to apply. And after all that it cracked really bad and I had to remove it. Horrible product.

To start off with I bought this to fix my BIG dumb mistake. I was in a hurry and being cheap so I used what was left in my remaining bag of grout. Which turned out to be thin set. I had enough left over I decided to fix some worn/missing old grout lines that were 20 years old. well the thin set was not beige it was gray and the old light beige grout line were now dark brown. I bought this dye to save me from buying an entire new bag of brown grout and redoing everything fresh and new. I had read that thin set could NOT be dyed after it was dry. Wrong !! This dye not only made the old dark grout and the gray thin set Sandstone beige it matched the fresh brown grout PERFECTLY !!! While this stuff mat be pricey it works! I will revisit this review in 6 moths or more to let ya'll know how durable it is and how well it absorbs the sealant.

The colorant/sealer is a nice color, kind of like concrete. However, top doesn’t work so using it is really difficult. Maybe it’s just this particular bottle. Otherwise, nice product but does take a little scrubbing to removed from surrounding tile. Just use a damp cloth/sponge. Photo shows lighter grout as “before” and the darker grout lines as “after.” Works so much better and quicker than Mapei UltraCare Grout Refresh I purchased at Floor & Decor Edit, see before/after photo of the finished floor. We were going for a solid concrete look and I think the grout looks great now. Per instructions you can do two thin coats for more drastic color change, but this is after one coat. Should last 15 years or a little less in high-traffic areas which may need a touch up.

This paint grout is excellent to freshen up your existing grout. It is so easy to use. You can apply it with a toothbrush. There are so many colors to choose from that you can get a very close or exact match. I did my kitchen and my bathroom and it makes the floor look very new! I definitely recommend this paint on grout!

I ended up doing my entire bathroom with this product. I feel like it made my bathroom look better, however, the process was absolutely horrible. The product doesn’t go on smooth at all and is EXTREMELY messy. I noticed it was very tacky as well, come to find out it expired over a year ago before I even purchased the item. Don’t know if that’s why it was so tacky or not. It holds up OK but if you want to clean your tiles at all, which most people do, the grout colorant is going to come right off, especially if it’s in a bathroom that gets steamy. I definitely wouldn’t recommend you get this, unless if you’re okay with an extremely messy job. Grout Renew at Home Depot is much better. I used it on another bathroom and it was 100x easier and cleaner to apply.

If you need to change the color of your grout this is an excellent product.

The contents were almost completely solid. The date on the bottle was 4.5 months ago. The date on the packaging is a year from now. I'm so disappointed! I even tried to use a screwdriver to mix it up... hoping to be able to salvage it.
