This smart door lock keyless entry is the best thing we have ever gotten. We always loose our keys and needed a solution. This door lock with biometric fingerprint Bluetooth app that controls our front door. It adds a level of security and the front door handle works with Wi-Fi gateway and voice with Alexa .(my wife does all of that  )This super convenient keyless entry is so important for me I can unlock using my fingerprint +Bluetooth + backup and a mechanical key .It fit our standard door and replaces existing deadbolt. fits wooden and aluminum door thickness of 1.38 inches to 2.17 inches. However, the coolest thing is we can share this with our best friend or neighbor to to feed the dogs. We are also in Mexico coming up and we can give access to our maid love to come home to a clean house after vacation.So we can share access and it is easy to program the timed, permanent, one-time or customized passcode for friends, or the maid. This was a cool item wish we would have purchased it years ago. Go get one make your life simpler and secure. We love the heck out of it.

We purchased these to keep our grandchildren out of our bedroom. But after multiple emails with customer support in China, we finally got them installed and working. However every so often (sometime months and sometime hours or days) the lock is unable to open with what we have put on file. But, our grandchildren can enter at will! Would not recommend based on the price and sporadic customer service we have had. I am now out over $200 and need to find another improved item.

The door handle was used for an exterior door as a way to buzz people in as well as give people access who needed it through the fingerprint reader. The door handle had a lot of issues. The fingerprint reader struggled to work in the rain or if there was any moisture so not the greatest as an exterior handle. The handle is not compatible with alexa unless you buy a gateway. The gateway I bought (the one they recommend and is featured in their app for connection) did not work, which made things worse for the office since we could not buzz people in the way we were expecting to with an echo device. In addition to this, the handle doesn't even work anymore. Anytime myself or other employee tries to scan in the device simply beeps with the blue light lighting up and doesn't unlock. I have to use the app, which seems defeating. The customer service is also not good as people don't respond quickly and it is incredibly hard to get ahold of anyone since the company is based in China. Wouldn't recommend

The product was a nightmare to install.Then I got lock in my place.Needed help from neighbor to open door from outside.I’m a contractor I had the worst time to install 😞

Mixed reviews on this lock. Take some time reviewing manual as installation is not completely intuitive. Use max batteries and make sure rubber flat discs are aligned properly and used on both sides of the door. I have found the lock mechanism works great. I never have trouble unlocking door with app or with fingerprint. Software is decent and allows a passage mode. You do have to unlock door during passage mode so it’s good it doesn’t just let someone in at the start. A key is included in case battery fails. So far I have used it several times and batteries 4 AAA have not lost power. Well made product

So easy to install, instructions are easy to follow. In time the wires inside will break. Emailed the seller and it's been over a week and haven't got a response. Find the door lock that has the wires running through the center piece.

Product works well. Instructions and installation were simple. I didn’t know I needed a “gateway” to remotely unlock my door but it was a cheap addition to purchase. Overall happy with the door knob. Would recommend.

Bought lock Feb. 2021 and started having issues in May 2021 lock stopped reading my fingerprint and had to use phone app to unlock and then it started giving a low battery warning after I replaced batteries and stopped working completely even with new batteries. Its probably made in China don't waste your money or time on this product....
