Review: Ectomorph? You need this book. - I bought From Slight to Might on the recommendation of a friend I was lamenting to that I could never put on muscle. I have the body type that's both a blessing and curse, as it's very tough for me to put on muscle, but easy to stay slim. The book speaks to me in plain English, it's an easy read, but also spells out exactly how to do the exercises. I've always been pretty experienced in the kitchen with nutrition, but the recipes in the book are easy to make, and do meal prep for the week. Eating constantly, and unwavering dedication to one's physique is a tough pill to swallow for many. I photocopy the book and bring certain workouts to the gym with me. So far I'm about a month in and have put on about 4-5 lbs of muscle, so I look forward to seeing results in a few more months.

I bought From Slight to Might on the recommendation of a friend I was lamenting to that I could never put on muscle. I have the body type that's both a blessing and curse, as it's very tough for me to put on muscle, but easy to stay slim. The book speaks to me in plain English, it's an easy read, but also spells out exactly how to do the exercises.
