I had a mesh office chair several years ago that eventually broke. Had wanted to replace it, but never did get around to searching for one. Back pain and stiff muscles over the last few months was motivation to start the search anew.I ordered a Herman Miller chair online, but wound up getting scammed by a bogus vendor. Accordingly, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing the Oline chair from you guys, especially since the Herman Millers priced out at well over $1000.00.Well, the chair arrived today. Fast and efficient delivery. Accurate tracking and awareness throughout.I unpacked the components. They were very well protected and secured in the packing container.I was surprised to see just about a dozen bolts were all that was needed for assembly.Assembly was quick and easy.So far, so good. The chair is comfortable and fits my desk workspace with the right seating height and comfort.I am an online professor, telecommuting several hours per week. I'm looking forward to no more back aches and stiff necks from working at the desk.

I ordered the chair after comparing and reading reviews. I settled on this product by the look and style, I love the inline roller wheel type design and mesh fabric, these together were great. The product took about 5 days to receive.On opening the box, I laid out all pieces and went to the instructions manual which clearly stated all the parts necessary/included to begin assembly. I have assembled numerous chairs before so I did not expect this one to be any more difficult or different. However the manual clearly stated to start with, and showed an image, of all the parts that were supposed to be inside a nut and allen wrench package.The screws & wrench package was NOT included in the box, which I determined quickly after searching several times among all the parts & packaging. After some frustration & reaching out by email & Amazon seller contact channels, the seller... Oline reached out to me within 1 hour with a personal apology and request to send a couple photos. I followed the requested instructions, and was informed in a follow up message the package would be expedite shipped to me.It took about two, maybe three days so yes frustrating with a bunch of chair parts moved to one corner of my room piled up while waiting. Constant reminder lol. But once I did get the parts, it took maybe less than 1 hour to fully assemble the chair, fairly simple process although some of the bolts didn't seem to match the descriptions in the manual but, whatever it came together.The chair is very nice, very comfortable and I love the way these wheels roll on ceramic tile. My only complaint, and this is a design issue. Every bolt was very easy to tighten given the supplied Allen Wrench. Except the two bolts holding the headrest. It's a very awkward angle and the bolts are not visible once in place, also as tight as I can go with the Allen Wrench, it's still not secure and fully tight. I can already see the headrest is NOT tight and will loosen with time, short time! I am going to have to remove 1 bolt, take it to the Depot and get a LockNut washer and pray this solves the likelyhood of the screws loosening over time.I think the issue with the headrest, the bolts have this feeling that they are only being screwed into plastic, and there is NO metallic buttressing of the holes. Just a design issue. I would like to buy a proper sized NUT to fit and secure these two screws. But as stated earlier, these screws, are very difficult to access properly with the supplied Allen wrench. Forget getting one's fingers in the headrest to place a nut on the end of the bold. It's NOT accessible as far as I can tell.Good chair, comfortable, stylish, NOT perfect design, incomplete packaging, but great customer service with the company Oline. I give the company 5 stars! I would recommend it as the likelihood of someone having exact same experience is low to none. My lucky roll :)

This is one of the best ergonomic chairs I’ve ever used. It’s stylish, well-built, and surprisingly easy to assemble. The mesh is firm but breathable, and I really appreciate the adjustable headrest and armrests.
