Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this towel as it was recommended by several YouTube detailers, as their top pick.Towel quality:Thick, plush, soft and luxurious. Top notchColor:Honestly, this is my least favorite attribute, However I do like that you could easily see if you unwittingly picked up any contaminants.Water retention:This is where this towel shines!!! I routinely wash both mine and my wife's cars back-to-back and this towel drinks it all up and spares nothing. Always one pass and no streaks left behind. Effortless! I recently decided to give the Large Gauntlet a try and let me tell you, the only reason I will use it over The Liquid8r is if this towel was forgotten in the washer and not dried. The gauntlet drags on the paint and leaves water streaks behind that you have to go back over. The Liquid8r glides and leaves nothing behind even on it's second vehicle. By their twist loop nature, you do have to be careful around certain badges with pointy edges, as you will get snags. Just snip them off and you are all good. Nothing unravels. Pricey for a towel but, your paint and time is worth it. It really makes drying the car or truck as enjoyable as it can be.

I wash my cars all the time but the only one I hand wash, I use this towel on. The wash itself of car is easy but drying has always been a hassle. This is where this towel comes in, it gets a good 90% of water that is standing on car and flipping it over will get the other 25%, this is standing water just sitting on car. Obviously water on sides mainly slides off but on top, that's where I want to get most of water but do least fricting between car and towel. The softness of quality is amazing, the quality is amazing, the color doesnt really matter to me. I have multiples of this towel because sometimes I want to have a 'new' towell when going over same spots for ultimate drying action. I wash this towel after every car wash and it washes well as well, it may have gotten softer after each consequent wash.

This is the best drying towel I have ever used. I can dry my GMC sierra and my wife’s terrain and it’s not even breaking a sweat. The size is prefect. I only use towels from rag company. Great product!
