Review: A confidence-booster! - My husband has been using the product for nearly two months now, and I have noticed a significant change in his posture. He likes to put it on a tad tight, and wears it for two hours in the morning and another two in the afternoon. While it is on, the pull on his shoulders serves as a constant reminder to avoid slouching. And when it is off, he sits and stands straighter. He looks and feels more confident. The quality of the product is solid, and will likely last a lifetime! Highly recommended!

Probably best to stick to the instructions that you receive with the product. Start with 20mins per day then up the time wearing it until your comfy with it. I thought that it would be able to feel it pulling my shoulders out but couldn’t feel it at all, which is a good thing. Pain relief whilst wearing it is good but have noticed it return once I take it off, this will hopefully improve in time. Overall a good purchase and good quality item that won’t break the bank. **Q: How long does it take to get to the point of not having to wear it anymore as your posture has been corrected? It says 14days.**
A: It says 14 days yes, however, mine didn’t last 14 days… the Velcro is very poor and it got to a point that it didn’t hold any more…. I would suggest paying a little bit more and get a better one.

**Q: inconsistent chest size. images suggest the item adjusts between 68 and 106cm but the description says between 70 and 120cm. Which is it?**
A: Can’t answer that question as my experience didn’t last more than 30 seconds with this posture corrector

**Q: Can this be worn under clothing without being noticed? E.g. when going to work and want no one to notice...**
A: Yes, it could be, but may possibly rub the skin after a while, unless kept quite loose. It is best over a thin top, and you would be able to wear it for longer this way. I can't be conclusive, as the longest I've worn it for is an hour. You could experiment though.

While it is on, the pull on his shoulders serves as a constant reminder to avoid slouching. And when it is off, he sits and stands straighter. He looks and feels more confident. The quality of the product is solid, and will likely last a lifetime! Highly recommended!

A lot comfier than I anticipated, although as in other reviews quite uncomfortable under the arms. Probably best to stick to the instructions that you receive with the product. Start with 20mins per day then up the time wearing it until your comfy with it. I thought that it would be able to feel it pulling my shoulders out but couldn’t feel it at all, which is a good thing. Pain relief whilst wearing it is good but have noticed it return once I take it off, this will hopefully improve in time. Overall a good purchase and good quality item that won’t break the bank. Would recommend to others 👍🏻

### ⭐⭐⭐ uncomfortable as strips pass into the armpit but is effective if used

Product looks good. strips run into the armpits making them uncomfortable. It makes it easier when wearing something underneath it. It does help with the posture of upper back. I kept it to use now and then, but I don't think I will be able to wear it without anything underneath it. It is easy to put on. I bought a different one to use as well which avoids armpits, more comfortable but still causes discomfort, looks like a brace (AVIDDA) but less effective. I will be using as well, not looking for perfection and that is not yet available.
