Ampro Pro Styl Protein Styling Gel, Super Hold, 32 oz.

I used this when I was younger and used gel all of the time, and now that I have teens with massive amounts of hair I wanted to see if this would work for them (instead of the much more expensive curl custard they were using, which is $32 for 16 oz). It did and I am so happy! I also got the olive oil version because the prices were so reasonable and it's great, too. When we opened the box, my kids were amazed at how big the jar is-so was I. This is a great product that's an awesome value!

Doesnt leave that sticky gel residue, does get hard but once you touch it, your hair starts to get soft. If you don't touch your hair, then it will last all day. I hace 3c hair and it works good for me, doesnt have alcohol and it has a good hold.

Keeps hairstyles in place without flaking as compared to regular hair gels on the market. The dark color blends in perfectly with my daughters hair and does not stain her edges; however, I have been clumsy enough before to spill a bit on my carpet and it did stain. So just be careful when using it around surfaces that you don't want to cause spillage. Otherwise 5/5 would recommend. Also, it's cheaper to buy at Walmart!

This gel is almost as good as I remember. I needed something that would really slick my ponytail back. I have really thick natural hair & it's not always easy for gel to tame these edges. So I decided to go back to what I used to use when I was younger. This did a pretty good job. Not quite as effective as I remember, but then again, I had relaxed hair back in the day, so that may be the difference. Maybe the gel didn't change, but I did. 🤔 Great price awesome size. This is gonna last me forever.

I have been using this product since middle school. It has not changed it still holds my #2 hair down prefect.

My husband uses this product for his hair and his hair is POKER straight! He's been using the same product for years but ever since this one hair dresser put this in his hair he had to have it. Works well. He has dark hair and it seems to add a light tint to his hair making it more dark and covering the grays. It's almost humorous how humongous this container is but hey, it'll last a long time.

I love this stuff. I have used it for years to gel my hair. I have to wear my hair up fir work. This gel keeps my hair looking slick and professional.
