Can you throw these belly bands in the dryer? I have been air drying them, but it takes several days for them to dry.

I always throw mine in the dryer and they turn out well

I can't help you there. I bought them for a 7.5 pound dog with a 10" waist. Look at the SIZE CHART. It's there somewhere on the item description page. I do know when you figure it out, you're gonna love them.

What waist dimension does the large fit?

I got xl for my boy His measurement is 23" it fits just right (XL chart is 22" to 27") I wash and put in dryer I wouldnt go any smaller for mine and it isnt too big.
