No flavour
Maybe I am not a gnocchi person as this is the second time I try them. If they have mostly potato I expect some potato flavour but these had none. Looked green but no taste of spinach. Couldn't taste ricotta either. If these are the best there is, then I will stick to regular pasta.

these are by far the best gnocchi on the market(and being my fixation i have tried many over my 40 years in this country.)The best version is the plain white type though which you cannot get on amazon.The gorgonzola version are also good.these gnocchi are the only one that come close to the home made.They are quite firm but thats ok.Dell' ugo also decent but after trying these i didnt buy them anymore.Finally gnocchi with no potato fecola. Only one thing, far too expensive.
