Waste of money
It cost me £30 in plumbing and electrical parts and a couple hours work to fit this under the sink in my en suite. This product hardly heats water at all, it cuts out at 30 degrees C. To get to that temperature the tap flow has to be a trickle. Turn it on to anywhere near a normal flow and the heating effect is almost nil. This product is not fit for purpose. Item uninstalled. Return requested.

Only works if water flow is reduced to a trickle.
Really poor product. The only way I could get it to give hot water, was to reduce the flow of water through the heater unit right down.Not fit for purpose really.

This product does not work. Do not buy.
This unit was easy to fit and looked stylish but does not heat water as stated. If you run your tap to a dribble the unit says that it heats up to 35 deg but then it shuts off. The water does not in fact reach any temperature resembling "hot" or even warm. Total waste of money and time fitting it.I was so disappointed with this product and had very high hopes, but NO this is rubbish.

Easy to install but not powerful enough if you require large amounts of water.
Installed one of these for a outdoor shower but didn't hear the water enough ended buying a second one to use inline.

to heat the water faster than it does
very slow to heat the water, the only way is to reduce the outlet flow rate from the tap( its very poor) perhaps the unit is faulty, I shall try to continue using it for a time period, then I shall return it if no improvement is gained

Not fit for purpose
Poor item not fit for purpose couldn't heat anything unless have the tap dripping any more flow and wont even get warm. Lost my customer because of this product !

Needs a plumber to install it properly
This heater has stopped heating the water yet it was installed by a certified plumber. The display is not showing any numbers just a revolving red light.Why is this? Is is faulty?

Bad product
Does not perform as described on Amazon page. Does not heat water under normal dish-washing flow in the kitchen. Should not be made available on Amazon until improved. Sounds like you get what you pay for…
