BUT, all of these warmers suffer from the design of coffee cups. Every cup has a large “dimple” on its bottom, surrounded by a ridge. So it’s through that ridge that the heat is transferred, and it’s not very efficient. You get constant lukewarm coffee for a long time. I have an unofficial, unapproved solution!! I found a dollar-sized commerative coin and placed on the warmer. Voila! The coffe stays much hotter. BUT do not touch the coin!
