great for the reduction gears in my EV
I used this in the reduction gear on my 19 Hyundai Ioniq EV at 50k miles. It has worked perfectly for the last 32k miles since then, with no changes in noise or efficiency.

Correct Lubricant for Chevy Cruze 6-speed manual transmission
I've followed various blogs and searched for information about which oil is best for my Cruze M32 transmission (since 2014). This GM lubricant used to cost a lot more, so that's even more reason to use the actual GM lube. After a number of years I noticed several people posting about bearing failures after switching to other lubes. It took time before their problems showed up. I've been turning wrenches for 60 years and I've seen a lot over that span. I recently retired as a mechanic major airline (including a turbine shop inspector and 12 years in the ground support equipment garage). I've seen many lubrication issues over the years. I don't recall which engine it was, but just before I retired we had bulletins warning us to check for the proper engine lubricant, because what he had been using (for years) had just been superceded. The M32 transmissions had/has issues. GM, no doubt, sunk a lot of money into trying to create the best lube, and if for no other reason, to mitigate bearing issues. I've decided to use the actual GM oil, and the reduced pricing makes that decision even easier.

Correct for Kona DCT
Correct spec for Hyundai Kona D7UF1 7-DCT transmission. Shifting was getting sluggish, this improved it, no issues after several months and many miles.
