Packers Pine Tar Soap, 3.3 Ounce

I have used this all my life. It is great for skin issues, and dandruff. The only bad thing is the smell. It is strong with the pine, but I'm a Jersey girl so it smells like home.

Bought this per my dad's recommendation that he had heard from someone years ago. Used it on our Maltese who had skin allergies / irritation and hot spots. It worked very well!!

I bought this for my partner who suffers from psoriasis and other skin issues. It’s supposed to be really great for that that is still out for discuss. My only complaint is how bad it smells. It is strong and not my favorite scent at all. Some people might like it though.

The other reviews are all correct, this soap smells like a campfire but not in a good way. Its smells like wet ashes and coals. I used it twice and threw it in the trash. I don’t care if it does what it’s supposed to do, it smells horrible.

My grandmother was an old school hairdresser. She insisted that Packers would "cure" all skin conditions. Has been my daily wash since I was a teen and will be for life as long as they make it. I think she was right. I am 55 years old.

I love the smell of this stuff and would use it every day. My wife, however, is not a fan as asked me not to use it when I’m going to be around her. I do indulge when she’s away for a few days.

Do you love the smell of a house fire? If so look no further, this is the soap for you! And yes I mean house fire, not a campfire, they are two vastly different smells. You won’t need anything to mask the smell of #2s either. Just put this bad larry in your bathroom and boom you have a 3 oz block of house fire, powerful enough that you will be able to smell it with the door closed. If you can get over that it’s a good soap but boy does it tingle the nostrils or anyone walking by the bathroom. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
