I needed to eliminate unnecessary fillers in my supplements, so I found this product. I haven't been taking it for long, but it has the same active ingredients as other Betaine, but without the fillers.

So important for digestive health when you have leaky gut.

Seems good although couldnt find out if actually 100% vegan friendly, but need this product for my health.. be warned they smell very eggy.But they are powerful and i was trying 5 or 6 or 4.. but actually now i find 1 to 2 or 3 max depending on meal size.. just before a meal with some apple cider vinegar to activate them does wonders.Also eat smaller portions and eat not too late.. and chew very thoroughly.Hydrate more between meals.. oh and adopt a wholefoods plant based diet.. combined with this helping you digest the food.. your energy and health goes through the roughMy gerd is not gone.. but atleast 60% better and seems to be improving.. had a bad day today but over all much better with these.Thanks me later about going vegan and wholefoods when you feel the healthiest ever.

Good service e.g. Prompt delivery etc- can't fault that but unfortunately these did nothing for me and there is no evidence that they work. I bought them in my desperation to solve my Gut issues but they are not a true solution unfortunately and I should have listened to my head!

I am intolerant to many foods, so got this (after research) to combat trigger foods. The dosage I believe is subjective per person. I tried 1-2 and found some benefit, however after eating certain trigger foods I need 3 capsules to relieve the symptoms. It needs to be taken within 20 minutes of injesting trigger foods. The stomach may feel a lottle warm, which is a good sign to show its working and you are tsking the right dosage. It also helped me with acid refux, which I don't get anymore, however this could also be a combination of weightloss too. I'm still testing this and don't really want to rely on this for life, but for now will keep taking as it is helping me.
