Break the weight loss plateau
Fantastic. I lost a lot of weight and found i hit a plateau. The weight I'd lost meant I wasn't burning anywhere near the same amount of calories, so I felt a weight vest could make up the discrepancy.Looking at what's available the cheaper options are ones filled with sand bags however I've seen reviews stating they leak and are very difficult the put the sand bags back in after lowering the weight. So I decided to go with this one and the metal plates. I surly do not regret that choice. It's robust, looks the business and works. The weight plates can be distributed between the front and back of the vest, depending on what activity you are doing. I like to load the front up a little more to replace the belly that was once there.I think its worth the price tag. I use it for hiking, jogging, walking or even just doing the housework.Highly recommend to give you the extra push when you hit that plateau.

Easy to use and good quality.
Been using this for a couple of weeks now and its fantastic. It comes with 6 weight plates so you can find a weight thats right for you. Its comfortable to wear and is easily hidden under a jacket. I wish i got this sooner.

Very good quality
A very good and high quality vest the vest itself weighs 2kg but I asked when I thought I had a plate missing and weighed it myself .the weights get put in from the bottom of the vest and the pockets have a velcro attachment to open them right up I was silly enough to think the pockets were too small for the vest plates and I'm writing this review to help anyone with the confusion once I spent 5 minutes with it on and it is superior to any I have had before I have a large gut and it fits me perfect with some wiggle room been on 2 long walks and forgot i had it on under the hoody by the end

Wrong color vest was sent but quality of product is great
Really good quality vest. Will last forever. Comfortable and stable fit. I only give 4 star because wrong color was sent and I can't return it as the cost is to high.

Cool Vest
Cool looking workout vest.Has some good weight options and easy to swap the weights out.The pals webbing means you can attach different things like little pouches for your phone, water bottle and keys etc.

Great Quality
Very comfortable when fully loaded, with cushioned padding on front and back. The curved weight plates are a great design. Also very sturdy in fitting, no movement during hikes and seems like breathable material. Not tested water resistancy yet.

Probably the coolest fitness accessory
I wear this running and for compound exercises and it is much more challenging than you might expect. Just wearing 10kg on your back isn’t bad, and just feels like you’ve got a medium heavy rucksack on but running with the weight definitely is much harder on your legs, knees and back. I rate it for quicker fitness gains. I would note to take it easier on your first few goes as I really felt it days after on my first run. If running with this on is your primary goal, I’d suggest 7kg unless you’re a big build or quite fit already. I probably wouldn’t run with more than 10kg on. I do think anything less than 10kg for pull-ups and press up, squats etc probably won’t provide you the gains you’re looking for, more be too easy. If you struggle with these anyway, probably best not to do them with a weighted vest.Might feel a bit embarrassed taking this to the gym but outside and at home it’s great. It adds more challenge to home works outs. I use this in conjunction with a kettlebell which is a great combo.10/10 would recommend.
