Las plantillas son muy cómodas y flexibles, no puedo opinar más porque las que me entregaron no parecían de 2.5 cm más bien de 1.5 así que las devolví pero si no hubiera sido por eso me las hubiera quedado. Por esa razón es que les doy cuatro estrellas.

helped with height
I got these to put in one shoe because my other foot is currently in a medical boot due to a broken ankle. I was looking for a insole to raise the height in my other foot to level me out. It works fine . They work fine and are comfortable but don't have a arch support.
