Do you know how many amps this freezer uses when compressor is running. i ask this question because i’m installing on a narrowboat. thanks

According to the handbook, the freezer is rated as 0.4 amps.

Can this mini freezer be used in an unheated location?

As I understand it all freezers operate under thermostatic control to maintain the required internal temperature. However if the external temperature of the freezer went below that required internally I do not know. My best advice would be for you to contact Subcold and pose your question to them.
